An experiment with a few of our working theses that we've pulled from our internal database & made public.
It's rough, but we hope it allows founders, operators, & investors to better connect with us & help us learn.

Fantastic Research Day on sleep. Special thanks to all speakers!!
Couple interesting insights:
- ARPAH is funding the collection of a gigantic dataset on 100M EHR records to disentangle sleep's pathology. This will be massively helpful for tx translation efforts
- With tx routes we like targeting AD/PD via SWS + glymphatic clearance a core issue pharma wants to see for trials is subtyping/patient selection
- Habituation/homeostatic adjustment would also be a concern for even the best tx ideas

We just confirmed two new speakers!
Stanford researcher on her mechanistic work on brain circuits that drive sleep regulation
And UCSF epidemiologist on her evidence for the link between sleep & AD/PD
You won't find more wisdom about sleep in one room

We're hosting a Research Day on Ozempic for Sleep!
Last year we published in-depth research on sleep frontiers
We're now bringing together the world's top researchers and entrepreneurs pushing the bounds of both basic science and translation

New Post: What Comes After HBM?
It might be crazy to start a new memory company at outrageous highs... but maybe it's just crazy enough
We profile speculative technologies that could lead to:
1) Faster than HBM Access Speeds
or
2) HBM-like Bandwidth with NAND-Like Density
