Fair enough. I just wish AH wasn't so hostile to the playerbase, and actually knew what they were doing.
Valve's issue is straight up neglect and abandoning the game. They just have the community do all the work.
Arrowhead's biggest issue is more that they just think they are malicious at worst or incompetent at best. They do give us proper content, but no actual bugfixes we want.
They could have fixed it up and said nothing. Instead they antagonized the playerbase saying that they took away their crutch. Besides, back then Recoilless was not in a good shape at launch. They had to be manhandled by Sony to make that RR powerful.
It went back as far as them attacking the player base when they nerfed the Railgun, even though the Railgun being busted was a console issue and not a PC issue.
