A doctor called one of my client companies this week for an emergency with a depressive patient at risk of committing suicide. He needs advice on treatments and delivery in less than 1 hour.
The team stopped, rerouted the ongoing deliveries to ensure a carrier was available, advised the doctor, and managed to deliver the medicine in less than 45 minutes. #Effectiveness and dynamic #adaptation are the consequence of a well-designed self-organizing #team. #Leadership
