I know they’re supposed to bait them upfield. Thought Tait waited a beat too long to take off too
But they’re still largely responsible for this pressure, right? Aren’t they still coached to at least sort of get a hand on the DE? You’ve been in those meetings, not me
I’ve just seen that lack of get-off/agility in the first step too many times to think it’s completely intentional
I don’t think so but even if that’s true, the universities would declare war on said networks if their stadium was empty for their big rivalry game
Also good luck selling that dead, lifeless product on TV
There is one solution to this but you’re not gonna like it:
Don’t go. Everyone collectively stay home and see if networks give you a 10:00am local game again
