I feel this in my literal soul today. I’ve only had the flu once before, and it was violent. Praying this passes quickly, I have way too much to do this week.
I’ve never had the flu.
Until now.
Last night, I got chills so bad that my arms and hands were working independently of my brain. These were violent convulsion like movements.
It took close to 10 minutes under the sheets to calm down - I seriously thought my heart was overworking.
Anyone ever had chills that bad?

It alleges that Comey, acting through one or more co-conspirators, directed an unnamed individual to disclose national defense information to a reporter for a national news publication (tied to 2016 events), in violation of provisions related to the Espionage Act.

Since I’ve started sharing more fitness and nutrition content lately I thought I’d give everyone a little background on that side of my life.
I have a BS in Nutritional Science, and fitness and the human body has always been something I’ve completely geeked out over. I started personal training when I was 25, earning certifications through ACSM and NASM. Much of my work focused on providing exercise training for cardiac patients recovering from heart attacks and other cardiac events, as well as working with women particularly busy moms. Being a mom myself I understood how difficult it could be to prioritize your own health while raising a family.
As much as I loved working with clients I was always fascinated by the science behind nutrition. That eventually led me into the supplement manufacturing industry, where I worked with brands on product development, consulting, and sales.
Now that I’m an empty nester, I’ve really enjoyed having more time to focus on my own fitness goals while continuing to learn and expand my knowledge. And while I absolutely love politics, it’s nice to have conversations about other things I’m passionate about without all the hate and animosity that tends to come with political discussions. There’s a lot more to me than politics, and fitness and nutrition have been a huge part of my life for a very long time. Excited that I’m meeting so many like minded individuals here on X with similar passions.
It has become painfully apparent that the so-called “Christian conservative” Republican influencers were never any better than the progressive liberal lunatics that they raged against for the last decade. They’re worse, because they did so under the veil of virtue, principles, and Christianity.
The Brandon Tatums, Benny Johnsons, and Allie Beth Stuckeys formed Voltron when it came to defending Donald Trump, Erika Kirk, Benjamin Netanyahu, and everything MAGA.
But when it came to the least of these, the individuals like Brian Cole Jr who was likely motivated by these very influencers to secretly support Trump; someone like Brian Cole Jr who has nothing to offer, he’s not a millionaire, and he has no proximity to power; now the true character of the Christian conservative Right wing is being revealed….
