The child mutilators are *finally* being held accountable.
Thank you to @AGToddBlanche, @AAGDhillon and @AAGShumate, for working tirelessly to ensure some of the worst actors are held accountable.
This is only the beginning 👇
🚨Today, Texas Children’s Hospital has officially launched their Detransition Clinic 🚨
Under the settlement, TCH must provide multidisciplinary detransition-related care FREE OF CHARGE for five years, including endocrinology, surgery, primary care, fertility counseling, mental health services, social work, and speech pathology.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude once again to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and my attorneys at the Burke Law Group for their extraordinary dedication, sacrifice, and tireless efforts throughout this fight. Their commitment helped turn a painful and difficult chapter into an opportunity for meaningful change. @KenPaxtonTX @BurkeLawTweets
I think of all the detransitioners who have suffered in silence, been dismissed, and fought desperately to have their voices heard. This win is for them.
I hope TCH’s admirable effort to fund and launch Americas first detransition clinic becomes a turning point for the entire country. That this clinic is not the exception, but the first of many.
Today’s a good day. ❤️

Florida AG James Uthmeier is right over target 🎯
@FirstStreetLLC is a central player in a scheme designed to quietly sabotage the value of your home, slapping properties across the nation with highly subjective and arbitrary “climate risk scores."
We've been sounding the alarm on them since July and we commend the state of Florida for taking action to hold them accountable 👇
First Street’s climate risk scores on Zillow, Redfin & Realtor.com are presented as accurate and scientific. They’re not.
We are taking them to court because Florida homeowners deserve facts, not alarmist scores that hit their property values and their wallets.
🚨 The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) just dropped a damning report proving major banks discriminated against conservative and religious groups — shutting down accounts and denying credit purely over their beliefs. After reviewing the report, the CFPB announced that an investigation into the banks "thuggish tactics" would be opened immediately 👇
At the direction of President Trump, the OCC reviewed 100,000 complaints and 50,000 internal records and found America’s biggest banks used “reputation risk” as a justification to discriminate against customers for their political and religious beliefs.
Major banks, like JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America, targeted Christians and conservatives over their religious and political views, according to the report. Internal systems flagged ordinary political/religious terms. Employees closed accounts after deciding merchandise or posts crossed the line.
They leaned on activist groups like the Southern Poverty Law Center to treat religious groups as risks. One internal note called a target a “right-wing religious conservative nonprofit.” Staff refused service because the customers’ beliefs conflicted with the bank’s own.
The pattern was clear: accounts closed, credit denied, processors pressured purely because of their beliefs.
This confirms everything we’ve been saying: the big banks knowingly and willingly discriminated against and debanked conservatives and religious Americans.
Comptroller Jonathan Gould called the report “irrefutable evidence” that major banks denied, debanked, and discriminated against customers.
The OCC even noted that no major bank has fully acknowledged the “weaponization of finance against hardworking Americans.”
Yet they wonder why conservatives don't trust them? They've given us ample reason to never trust them again.
REPORT: 22 state financial officers are demanding answers from top credit rating agencies — including @MoodysRatings, @FitchRatings, and @SPGlobalRatings — on their continued use of discredited, woke ESG policies 👇
The state financial officers want to know specifically how rating agencies' continued use of these thoroughly discredited policies has influenced individual states' credit ratings, warning that continued use of these policies harms state financial interests, taxpayers and investors.
In their letter, the state financial officers highlight how these ESG policies rely on assumptions that have been repeatedly proven false. From assuming fossil fuel demand would rapidly decline to predicting that governments would universally impose tougher climate policies, the assumptions underlying discredited ESG policies have not materialized.
The state financial officers also highlight how use of these discredited policies in ratings has (and still is), in many cases, bizarrely led to higher ratings for Chinese businesses while simultaneously causing US companies to be downgraded.
The very fact that so-called 'ESG risk' resulted in some American companies getting downgraded while Chinese state-owned companies received high ratings should be enough to discredit this absurd metric permanently.
No credit rating agency should base scores on ESG, period.
@ConsumersFirst commends these state financial officers for being proactive in calling out these agencies for outrageous ESG practices.
My organization files shareholder resolutions.
Yet I support the recently proposed Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules that will limit shareholder resolutions.
My latest in @realDailyWire 👇
Chris Rock mocks "Woke 1" and the DEI movement in corporate America that it fueled, comparing it to the Salem Witch Trials:
"The problem is when you institutionalize it...the Salem Witch Hunts, I'm sure the first 3 witches they caught were actually f*cking witches, but then you open up a witch office and now you gotta start lying, now you've gotta f*cking make sh*t up... you've gotta justify the witch hunters pensions..."
JUST IN: 22 State Attorneys General are calling out the major ratings agencies for continuing to push the ESG agenda, in defiance of the Trump Administration's stated goal of driving the woke agenda out of both the public and private sector 👇
The AGs, led by @MTAGKnudsen, have sent a letter to the SEC calling out the major ratings agencies, such as @MoodysRatings, @FitchRatings, and @SPGlobalRatings, for specifically continuing to use the thoroughly discredited Representative Concentration Pathway 8.5 scenario (RCP 8.5).
RCP 8.5 isn’t a real metric and it doesn’t “predict” emissions — it's a worst case "what if" scenario for concoted by climate alarmists, that's been thoroughly discredited and "retired" due to serious errors.
However, the rating agencies are still using it in an effort push insurers, lenders and investors towards basing decisions on dire climate predictions and thus conforming to activists ESG dictates.
The AGs make clear that the rating agencies failure to cease use of the now retracted RCP 8.5 warrants escalated enforcement and a referral to the SEC Office of Credit Ratings.
I couldn't agree more. These woke ratings agencies continue to push ESG policies and blatantly ignored calls for the removal of woke ideology from their business practices. Instead of providing legitimate financial analysis for its customers they continue to rely on ESG-driven metrics, even after they have proven to be implausible.
@ConsumersFirst applauds the state AGs for taking a stand and not letting the rating agencies get away with continuing to use politically motivated and biased materials that promote a woke agenda over consumers.
REPORT: 6 major hospitals have agreed to "stop providing gender-transition treatments to minors" and pay millions in fines, following an investigation by @AAGShumate at Department of Justice.
@ClevelandClinic, @MountSinaiNYC, @TexasChildrens, @CTChildrens, @NYULangone and @ChildrensPgh all folded under pressure from the Trump Administration.
As part of the individual agreements, several of the hospital will even provide free medical care to former patients who wish to detransition.
In a statement, @AGToddBlanche said the agreements show that “hospitals that target children in these practices and then fraudulently obtain payment for the procedures will be held to account.” He also said that this is only the beginning — the DOJ is continuing to seek agreements with other hospitals that targeted children with trans ideology.
We've been sounding the alarm on large non-profit hospitals pushing this and other woke nonsense — including @ClevelandClinic and @MountSinaiNYC — as part of our Bad Medicine campaign.
We're glad to see @AGToddBlanche and Assistant Attorney General for @DOJCivil, @AAGShumate, are holding some of the worst actors accountable and even more glad to hear that this is only the beginning 👇
American farmers never should have been forced to fund the Left’s radical climate agenda.
The climate cult’s ESG and net-zero initiatives skyrocketed costs for farmers, ranchers, and consumers.
Thankfully, the Trump administration is eliminating these woke policies from our government.
The biggest danger of debanking is that financial institutions equate not being politically “in line” with their goals to failing their standards.
Some of the largest banks are policing companies’ involvement in the radical ESG and net-zero movements, because if companies “fail” on those fronts, then they fail to meet the banks’ woke standards.
I testified before the Texas Senate Committee on State Affairs on the threat ESG and debanking pose to consumers and the industry as a whole.
Nike prioritized woke politics over serving their customers, and in doing so irreparably damaged their brand, leaving the door wide open for new competitors to take market share.
Great conversation between @DanaPerino, @BillHemmer and @BrianBrenberg about the fall of Nike:
🚨 REPORT: Mount Sinai Health System just agreed to END all trans surgeries and interventions for kids, after we sounded the alarm on @MountSinaiNYC and President Trump's DOJ launched an investigation.
Under the agreement, Mount Sinai will "cease providing these interventions to minors, including by administering puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones and performing surgical procedures," pay a monetary penalty and dedicate $2 million to providing free medical care to individuals suffering harmful consequences of “gender affirming care” they received as children.

BREAKING: After falling -80% from its record high, Nike, $NKE, will be removed from the S&P 100 at the end of this month, ending a near 18-year run in the index.
The stock has now erased -$230 billion in market cap since its all time high.
A collapse for the history books.
Industry's failure to address consumers' understandable questions/concerns about data centers left an opening that malicious actors (primarily on the radical left) exploited.
This is happening all over, but here is one example — Texas 👇🏻
Radical left-wing national, state-based, regional and local groups are all active in Texas, using the same tactics climate activists used to push climate alarmism to foment anti-data center fury.
In fact, many of the groups active in Texas today are the same groups we saw promoting climate alarmism nationally, like Sierra Club, CodePink, Public Citizen, etc.
- Sierra Club and their Texas Legislative Director have been an active, vocal opponent of the EPA's proposed public feedback rule change, stating passage of the rule would "take away our right to tell [the EPA] why we are concerned about pollution sources like...data centers."
- Code Pink instructed their followers to rally, oppose and condemn an international energy summit happening in Houston, labeling all summit participants (including tech companies such as Google, Microsoft and Amazon) "climate villains."
- Public Citizen, a group who has said they are "fighting, suing and organizing against the Trump regime," has been vocally opposing the same EPA proposed rule as Sierra Club and has released a Texas data center policy guide, instructing their followers on how to fight back against data centers.
But they're not the only ones active — left-wing state-based groups such as Texans United Against Data Centers, Alliance For A Clean Texas, Texas Coalition Against Data Centers are also actively engaged. These groups are well funded and well organized, staffed and supported by radical left activists (some of which have national profiles) and many that have deep ties to the aforementioned national groups.
For example, Julie Waters is one of the admin members for Texans United Against Data Centers — she's run multiple times for public office on a left-wing platform, including a failed state senate run.
The same can be said of the regional and local groups, such as the Panhandle 1st Coalition, the For The People Alliance, the Save Our Springs Alliance and a litany of others. They are run/staffed by radical left activists and, in many cases, have ties to the aforementioned national activist groups. Save Our Spring actually has public ties to "the Party For Socialism and Liberation."
Are you beginning to see the picture?
Radical left activists are seizing the opening created by industry's failure and fomenting anti-data center sentiment. They are driving the narrative in Texas.
It's time we take it back.
*THIS* is how data centers should be approaching communities.
Clear, defined benefits to the community and addressing any major concerns at the outset.
@ElonMusk & @SpaceX doing it right 👇
BREAKING: SpaceX gets approval for 444 acres near the Port of Brownsville, clearing the way for a major expansion.
The city also approved a major infrastructure agreement with SpaceX:
• Up to $220 million for regional water and wastewater projects
• An initial $40 million escrow contribution
• Six additional quarterly payments of $30 million each
• Projects capable of adding around 18 million gallons of water supply per day
• Funding for water reuse, wastewater reclamation and expansion of the Southmost Regional Water Authority plant
This is much bigger than a land deal. SpaceX is helping build critical infrastructure that could strengthen South Texas for generations.

🚨WOKE ALERT
Major companies are rebranding DEI or just sticking with it.
“Woke companies want you to believe they’ve moved on, but don’t be fooled,” @ConsumersFirst's @WillHild told me.
Here are 8 examples.

“Changing job titles, rebranding DEI as belonging, and calling ‘Woke 1’ crazy shouldn’t distract from the fact that wokeness in corporate America isn’t dead, they’ve just gotten quieter about it,” @WillHild told me.

The woke agenda didn’t disappear. It went underground.
For years, activists burrowed into corporate America, captured powerful institutions, and used them to impose an ideology most Americans never asked for.
Trump put them on the defensive. But many of the same people are still inside, still powerful, and waiting for the political winds to change.
Don’t mistake silence for surrender.
BlackRock. Bank of America. Nike. Carhartt. DraftKings. Duluth Trading. Traeger. 7-Eleven.
The ideology is still there.
And we’ve got the receipts 🧾
