I’m seeing a LOT of “executive chef” job posts online in PHL w/ salaries of $55k-$65k & given the staffing issues I’m guessing this chef will work an insane amount of hours. Tough spot for the chef and owners to be in, because that’s not enough money 🤷🏻‍♂️

Places like @shakeshack should just go full ghost kitchen. You can’t get served in under 30 minutes if you go inside. #starving
