I just realized I haven’t baked a layer cake since July 😅 for my dad’s birthday I made one of his childhood favorites - Indian-style eggless Black Forest cake. I tweaked a @CookWithManali recipe and her eggless chocolate cake recipe is definitely going into my baking rotation!
