okay here's my MC tierlist MOSTLY based on how much I love them and the impact they've had on me
One For All you could argue started more artificial as a benefactor of Evil then became Natural like the generations passing, All For One as a Quirk was more Natural in terms of how Quirks spawn but over time became far more artificial heavily relying on Science to be immortal.
That's all I have on the quirk singularity besides the stuff in my essay, but I think the Quirk Singularity is pretty cool in the lens of My Hero Academia verse in what it could mean in terms of themes, narratives, how it pushes fear, 2 sides of the same coin, genuinely great.

The Quirk Singularity Doomsday Theory I think in effect in terms of "more thematic leanings", is similar to how Stain is the harbinger of Fate from a spiritual perspective, but the former is more scientific, I think it's meant to signify an unbalanced society creating the LoV
I think both have their biases like Garaki and Stain that cause them to be radical extremist, but do have a valid point to an extent that the process somewhat happens. Shigaraki is the physical manifestation of it, Twice on to Toga is the emotional manifestation in the final wars
