Principals check on your staff individually, some are struggling, never underestimate the importance of checking in. Teachers, find time to check on each other, especially if you know someone is having a hard time. Effective schools are a family-families take care of each other.
A friend and I were talking and she sent me this. It is absolutely correct. Sadly some won’t understand until it’s too late.

@SharonElemS @sharonelempto #SharonStrong Our first chick has hatched, and worn out 😉. Three additional eggs have pipped. It’s going to be a busy day in the science lab tomorrow.

Being fair is giving everyone the same thing. Being equitable is giving each kid what they need to succeed.

Regardless of what they say or how they act right now, educators are worn out!
#SharonStrong @SharonElemS Just picked up a dozen hatching eggs - Ameracauna and marans - to incubate at school this year. We’ll add three new chicks to add to the flock at school. 🥰
