Officer Brian Stokes openly admits he enjoys when people resist him. God forbid this man ever use his pistol in the performance of his duties, this is evidence his use of force is subjective, not objective. He needs to be fired immediately.

Police use of force never looks good. But if you strike a woman who’s already handcuffed you should expect the public to have their own views and even possibly retaliate.

If we want progression, change, standards and excellence in law enforcement, we need to start seeking age and life experience as preferences for our applicants during the hiring process. We keep talking about “humanizing the badge” but how can a 21 year old, who has never struggled to pay bills, dealt with the stresses of raising a family or the strain of being a partner in a married, ever see anyone other than a traffic citation or criminal charge when they come in contact with them? We have immature children with badges enforcing laws when their faces aren’t glued to social media and given discretion over citizens they don’t even see as humans, struggling with life issues, to begin with. No man or woman under the age of 30 should ever be allowed to be a police officer. Our current generation of 20somethings are the most immature, self absorbed, unprepared, incapable and nothing like the men and women of decades ago who responsibility and ability was just part of their moral obligation. If we want to humanize the badge, we need to start hiring some mature ones first who can see the humanity in others and not just a stat for roll call.

Law enforcement hires immature children who have the ability to use force on American citizens that can lead all the way to their death. You really want a girl who prioritizes decorations in her squad car, on your streets with a gun?

I bet the kid was a hardened criminal too. These officer probably had the biggest erections while taking this picture.

There’s truth in every video. These are the cops who see doing to show up in your time of need.

Social media has offered more proof of the lowest standard and quality we have of police officers on our streets. These men and women have authority over you if they can lawfully articulate it. You should be TERRIFIED.

I can't say that I am surprised at the hypocritical stupidity from the public as they condemn a man for being hit by an SUV driven by ICE, claiming it was his fault and should not have gotten in the way, while at the same time remembering how many people supported the ICE agent who murdered Renee Goode for doing the exact same thing.

Lots of people offended that I reposted Cisco police department’s public picture of their new hire, that they removed from their social media. This is a public picture from their social media of their other officers. Seems no one is in shape on the entire department.

Female cop is clearly overly emotional, ineffective and refusing to listen to her partner. They are a danger to everyone.

I watched the footage of the Hartford, Connecticut, police shooting of Steven Jones, and I came away with a conclusion that directly challenges the criticism surrounding Officer Joseph Magnano. I believe Magnano’s decision to use deadly force was justified by the immediate threat he confronted. But I also believe the officers who arrived before him made serious tactical mistakes that helped create the dangerous circumstances he inherited. coptalklive.org/steven-jones…

El Dorado Springs newest officer. Out of all those who applied, this is who was hired. Fitness standards clearly are not required in El Dorado Springs. HOWEVER, I sincerely hope this new officer has the mindset and fortitude to go to war with himself and make the change and become the standard of cop we expect and deserve. He deserves excellence and I hope he attains
