Except not really efficient at all. I called at 7am with no heating & hot water, wasn't called back when promised, I called again, was promised a plumber between 4 & 8pm who hasn't turned up & customer services couldn't care less & haven't called me back as promised, again.
Better, More Efficient, Customer Friendly and Cheaper.
