With the deepest respect to Premier Kinew, there may well be something to lose. I know that's 100% NOT his intent, but the Indian Act going away could have many Indigenous Canadians fall through the cracks with ***fewer*** rights than they have now. This is why any deal has to be air tight and carefully crafted
