We've been building PurplePods for the last 2 months. You bring your venture. Within minutes your AI co-founder knows what you're building, who it's for, and what could kill it. It finds your riskiest assumptions and biggest features — then breaks those into missions you can finish in hours. You complete them. It generates the next ones. Your co-founder gets sharper every time you ship. It compounds. Where it's going: value flows to builders, not platforms. PurplePods.ai

I want to brag about my cofounder for a second. my cofounder shipped 158 commits in 2 weeks while i was writing reddit posts. rebuilt onboarding from scratch. added task scheduling. rewired the AI. deleted thousands of lines of dead code. i opened the app yesterday and it was just... cleaner. more polished. more coherent. everything made sense together. the onboarding used to force you through our framework. now you just describe what youre building in your own words and it meets you where you are. she did that. cofounders dont get enough credit. the solo founder story gets all the attention. but having someone who just ships while you do your thing. thats the thing. kalindi if you see this. you crushed it.

been submitting to startup directories this week. 7 so far, all free — indie hackers, saashub, uneed, product hunt, tiny startups, ctrlalt cc, startups lab. different description for each one bc they can smell copy paste. nobody will find us through these. but in 2 months when google actually knows we exist ill be glad i did this instead of building features. which directories actually moved the needle for you?

Are views a lot higher on reddit vs twitter?

just fixed 605 pages not being indexed by google. the problem: purplepods.ai was serving production. purplepods.ai was redirecting TO it. backwards. sitemap listed non-www urls. google followed them, hit a redirect, logged 605 errors. check your google search console. you might have the same problem and not know it.

yesterday me and prajwal bought our first batch of dog food and designed this sticker. scan. pay ₹95. feed the dog. thats it. thats the whole product. first box goes up saturday somewhere in pune. no app. no website. just a box on a street corner and seeing if anyone stops. Suddenly feels real, Cant wait to share more!

100% of you got this wrong. 100/day × 7 days beats 20/day × 30 days every time. Why? Nobody follows consistency. People follow energy. 700 comments in a week makes you look like you're everywhere. 20 a day makes you look like you're trying. Blitz > drip. Fight me.
For the reply guys and galls: Which commenting strategy gets you more engagement/followers?

This is a post about twitter followers. I hear a lot of people talking about how consistency results in growth. I have experienced much much more, but intensity results in growth.

Do you need rest? If no, what life do you lead? If yes, how do you rest? I have a moderate headache, did some platform work and am not just running twitter and LI. I find it really difficult to take rest without feelings of guilt.

We built a free tool today. You type in your venture idea and it tells you the most severe challenges youre going to face. Gave it to a couple teams on PurplePods. It crushed their souls. Curious if it crushes yours too. Let me know. purplepods.ai/diagnose

Does anyone know how to actually get bold text on twitter? Their compose tool has a bold button. I pressed it. It did absolutely nothing. Is this decorative? Is it aspirational? Am I missing something fundamentally obvious here

So which one of your three things are you know focusing on? How are you seeing the returns of focusing on one thing.

Most founders measure traction by signups or revenue. The real signals are wierder and smaller. Yesterday four of them hit on the same day and honestly I'm still buzzing. 🧵

**5/ Signal: someone comprehends your thing without you selling it.** Had an investor call. Didnt pitch. Just showed what we built and why. He got it immediately and profoundly. Started articulating the vision back to me better than I could. If you have to convince someone, either the thing isnt ready or theyre not the right person. Pushing harder doesnt fix either of those. The best signal is when the other person starts selling it to themselves.

Four signals in one day. None of them show up in a dashboard. None of them were things I could have orchestrated or optimised for. The WhatsApp choice was his decision. The seminar was eight months ago. The investor wasnt pitched. The onboarding wasnt guided. If youre early stage and desperately staring at analytics for validation — look up. Watch what people do when youre not pushing them to do anything. Thats where the real signal lives.
