I have never seen the Baulks move as much as today, I think the marks on the frame are around 30cm apart (I will try and check this at the weekend) so I think they are moving up and down by around 1 metre in the waves. I don’t think I managed to get the most movement on a video.

I think that the correct rules for when you get an extra hour because the clocks have gone back are Coast, Cafe and Coffee, the sun is just trying to come out here behind some heavy grey clouds but I am going to sit outside and hopefully not get too wet, have a good Sunday!
