Remember F.A.S.T for the signs someone might be having a stroke. Face – has their face fallen on one side? Can they smile? Arms – can they raise both arms and keep them there? Speech – is it slurred? Time – it’s time to call 999. When stroke strikes remember to Act F.A.S.T.

Button batteries are dangerous to small children - if swallowed, they can cause serious injury, or even death. We're working with @OfficeforSandS on key safety advice. If you have any such batteries around the home, please store them out of reach, preferably in locked cupboards

During these difficult times we need to work together to take the pressure off our emergency services by keeping our crews, loved ones & our homes safe from fire & other risks. The easiest way to protect your home & family from fire is with a working smoke alarm. (1/4)
