Filings complete. CTO revoked.
Pantera Silver's annual financial statements were filed and the BCSC has revoked the cease trade order. We're now working with the TSXV to resume trading in $PNTR and will confirm by news release.
We appreciate our shareholders' patience — and we're focused on getting back to work at Rakanco.

#Bolivia’s geological potential is not theoretical. It is demonstrated at a global scale.
The opportunity now is to unlock the next generation of discoveries through exploration, investment and regulatory certainty. #Silver
In 2025, the world's largest silver producer was not in Mexico but in southwestern Bolivia. San Cristóbal, a large open-pit mine run by Minera San Cristóbal, produced 17.6 million ounces of silver, narrowly ahead of Mexico's Juanicipio at the same rounded figure, in new Metals Focus data on the 20 largest primary silver mines.
These are the operations where silver is a defining product rather than an incidental byproduct of lead, zinc and gold. The list runs from centuries-old mines in Mexico's silver belt to remote sites in the Andes, the Australian outback and the Alaskan wilderness.
Eight of the 20 are in Mexico, accounting for about 44% of the total, while the rest are spread across the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Australia. Read more: tinyurl.com/mw4ssapm

Pantera Silver is subject to a cease trade order today due to a delay in filing our annual financial statements, as we finalize reconciliation of our Bolivian accounts. We're working closely with our auditors to file as soon as possible. Operations continue as normal.

After many years of not fully understanding the enormous challenges we’re facing in the copper market, we are FINALLY starting to see more realistic price targets.
Last night, analysts at @BMO raised their copper price forecast to ~$18,000 per tonne by 2030… 50% above what the rest of the street believes.
Despite the many factors behind their upgrade, one key catalyst is the “freight train of capex” necessary to support existing mine output.
Copper miners today need to “spend more to stay”… our industry needs to spend considerably more on sustaining capex to offset declining grades as we mine increasingly challenging ore bodies.
But we are still only at the foothills of the Himalayas…

Put it together: a caldera's fracture network isn't one target, it's a whole belt of them — marked by domes, alteration, and old workings strung along the same structure. Read the ring, and you're reading a map the volcano drew itself. $PNTR.V

🔥 Silver prices back above $67/ounce
All those people scared to buy silver earlier in the week are now nervously waiting to chase the price higher.
Price dictates emotion in markets way too often. Stick to fundamentals and take a longer-term view then the volatility becomes background noise.

Can Silver tip the week into a bullish stance?
Let's see what the message is as we close out a volatile week in precious metals.
Friday in New York trading about to get going, FRIDAYS CAN TREND HARD. So will buying continue to build off of the post FOMC sell-off?
RT @jmroberge: Silver is sending a message.

Now the level that matters: $66.40 needs t…
Old-timers didn't dig randomly. Around a caldera, they followed the bleached, silicified rock — a telltale sign that hot mineral-rich fluids once moved through a fracture. Where fluids moved, metals often dropped out. $PNTR.V
Calderas don't just crack — they push. As rhyolite domes rise up through those ring and radial fractures, they drag heat and fluid along with them. The zone around a dome is often more altered and mineralized than the dome itself. $PNTR.V
Not all fractures are equal. The ones radiating outward from a caldera stay open longer and tap deeper into the magmatic plumbing — which is why they often host the richest mineralization, not just the ring itself. $PNTR.V
Why do rhyolite domes appear around the outer fractured ring of a caldera?
Because caldera collapse creates a vast network of concentric and radial faults—deep structural weaknesses that later magma can exploit as pathways of least resistance toward the surface. $PNTR.V
The best exploration targets are often hiding in plain sight — mapped out by the people who worked them a hundred years ago. Reading the structure behind old workings, instead of just the workings themselves, is how a single old mine becomes a district-scale thesis. $PNTR.V
Why does this matter for exploration? Because a caldera ring isn't one target, it's a whole belt of potential ones. Miners a century ago found silver at a few points along that ring using picks and shovels. Modern exploration asks: what did they miss in between? $PNTR.V

Old mines don’t line up by accident—they trace the system’s plumbing.
At Rakanco, historical silver workings follow the margin of the Carangas Caldera, revealing the structures that once carried mineralizing fluids. That geological pattern is what we’re systematically targeting. $PNTR.V
This is exactly the setting Rakanco sits in — on the margin of the Carangas Caldera, where historical silver workings trace the ring rather than sitting randomly on the map. When old workings line up like that, it's the rock telling you where the plumbing was. $PNTR.V
