I don’t think any specific taxa is more spooky than others to be the halloween dinosaur. To me, it’s more about what you with a dinosaur to make it scary/spooky. Make it a ghost, zombie, demon or give it a unique scary trait/behavior like vocal mimicry to trick prey in the dark
