I would love for my children to cycle independently. But as found in this survey - safety is our number one barrier. That's why we need a safer cycling plan as suggested by @BristolCycling
Replying to @CyclingUKScot
SAVE TIME, INCREASE ACCESS, REDUCE STRESS
When children cycle independently it saves time and reduces stress for parents & families.
It helps children and families access more non-school activities and reduces pressures on parents when working...

I’m very concerned by this film which appears to show police officers following a young woman home from a demonstration & when confronted saying “Tell us where you live, and we'll let you go.” Can the film maker please contact me. #RightToProtest

The UK gov. has approved the Abigail oil field, the first new oil & gas field in the UK since climate talks.
It will cost millions to build & will only produce enough gas to meet UK demand for roughly a day and a half.

Hello @DeidreBrock the UK has just approved a new oil field 😭 Can you tell @KwasiKwarteng @BorisJohnson to tackle the energy & #climatecrisis by investing in cheap, renewable energy - not approving new oil & gas? #Scotland deserves better #StopAllFields
