Corvus One is an autonomous inventory drone developed by Corvus Robotics, a startup based in California. It uses generative AI and computer vision to scan barcodes and track inventory in warehouses 24/7 without human intervention. The drone can fly through narrow spaces, avoid obstacles, and help reduce manual work while improving productivity.

8 years of building an autonomous robotics company in ~60 seconds. Cursing, crashes, breakthroughs -- and a lot of robots in the supply chain. Here’s why we chose this as our life’s work. (1/5)

A glimpse of what we’ve been quietly deploying across the majority of U.S. states this year. Still wild to see robots operating day after day, night after night. Follow me for behind-the-scenes progress as we scale physical AI in the real world.

Drones scanning the warehouses! 🔦 I had the opportunity to see first-hand how autonomous drones from @CorvusRobotics perform inventory checks. Corvus One is a fully self-sufficient drone system that requires no external infrastructure. Unlike other solutions that rely on markers, beacons, or stickers for navigation, Corvus One operates using embodied AI, computer vision, and machine learning. Once implemented, the system functions entirely autonomously—taking off, flying, scanning, landing, charging, and syncing data without human involvement. It seamlessly integrates with existing warehouse management systems, eliminating the need for manual cycle counting while improving accuracy to 99.9%. Businesses gain real-time insights, resolve discrepancies faster, and optimize stock levels with minimal effort. Beyond inventory tracking, Corvus One helps with space utilization by providing a volumetric analysis of each slot and consolidation recommendations. It can also count cases and capture photos and videos of every scanned location, creating a historical record for tracking inventory changes over time. By automating tasks like inventory audits and cycle counting, this drone helps businesses reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Another great Silicon Valley startup tour: Corvus Robotics, @CorvusRobotics, creators of the world’s first fully autonomous indoor inventory drone. No GPS. No WiFi. No humans needed. Just AI, computer vision, and real-time mapping—scanning barcodes 40 feet up, day and night, across football-field-sized warehouses. Founder/CEO Jackie Wu gives me a tour and shares insights into what is happening in robotics and warehouses.

Thanks to @SamAugustDean for his profile on Tortuga and our partners New Wave Berry in Santa Maria. We're excited at the potential of tabletop CEA in CA, and have seen it work so well in many other markets at large (market-majority) scale. Robots help. latimes.com/business/story/2…

It was crazy to learn that 40-60% of warehouse inventory is written off as lost. @CorvusRobotics seems to have a clever solution, which may drastically reduce inventory loss.
