Cory Clabon is only 13 years old, but his kidneys are functioning at less than 50%. Recently, his family learned his current treatments aren鈥檛 enough. He needs a new kidney between the next 6 and 12 months in order to avoid dialysis. #kidney4cory #kidneypatients #KidneyDisease
