@QuestDX I have tried to access my own test results FOUR different ways and every single one is a dead end. PW reset? "Account not set up for self-service reset." Make a new account? "Email already taken." Ask your support chat for help? They it could only be done via phone.
@UPS I've been trying to enroll in UPS My Choice for the past hour and keep getting a "technical issues" error every time I submit the form. Refreshing just wipes the form and starts me over. This is a loop with no way out - can someone help?? #UPS #UPSMyChoice
The reason I'm trying to do this in the first place is because I am visiting my family for the summer and your delivery drivers keep delivering to the neighbors abandoned property. this has never been an issue until this year. I need to update my delivery instructions but cant.
