MANY PARTS, ONE BODY
“But as it is, God arranged the members in the body, each one of them, as he chose. If all were a single member, where would the body be? As it is, there are many parts, yet one body. The eye cannot say to the hand, ‘I have no need of you,’ nor again the head to the feet, ‘I have no need of you.’”

Ask any orchestra percussionist about the triangle.
They might sit through two hundred bars of silence, counting every one, just to play a single “ting.”
But leave that note out and the whole piece feels like something’s missing.
The composer wrote it in on purpose.
That’s how God set up His church.
He didn’t hand everybody the melody.
He arranged each of us “as he chose.”
Loud parts, quiet parts, parts nobody notices until they go missing.
So two things for this Monday.
•Don’t shrink your part because it looks small next to somebody else’s.
•And don’t wave off someone else’s part because it doesn’t sound like yours.
The body needs the eye and the hand.
Today’s challenge:
Tell one person in your church family the part they play that you’d miss if it went quiet. A text counts.
Lord, thank You for writing me into the song. Help me play my part faithfully and honor the parts You gave everyone else. 🙏

THE WAY BACK HOME — YOU’RE NOT TOO FAR GONE!

Have you ever wandered so far from God that you wondered whether He would ever welcome you back?
Maybe you grew up knowing Jesus.
You knew the Scriptures, the hymns, and the prayers.
But somewhere along the way, life happened.
People hurt you.
Disappointment hardened your heart.
And little by little, you walked away from the very One who loved you most.
SOMETIMES WE DON’T LOSE OUR WAY ALL AT ONCE. SOMETIMES IT HAPPENS ONE HURT, ONE COMPROMISE, AND ONE BROKEN PROMISE AT A TIME.
Think about the prodigal son.
He demanded his inheritance, left his father’s house, and wasted everything.
But when he finally came to himself, he made a decision.
HE WAS GOING HOME!
And here’s the beautiful part.
His father didn’t make him crawl all the way back.

THE FATHER RAN TOWARD THE SON WHO HAD RUN AWAY!
Fren, somebody needs to hear this today.
Your past doesn’t have to be your future.
Your mistakes don’t have to become your identity.
And the shame you’ve been carrying doesn’t have to keep you separated from the Savior.
REPENTANCE ISN’T GOD HUMILIATING YOU. IT’S THE BEGINNING OF COMING HOME TO HIM!
I know what it’s like to wander from the faith I was raised in. I know what it’s like to make choices that break the hearts of people who love you.
But I also know the beauty of discovering that God’s grace can reach into the mess we’ve made and begin a new chapter.
I’M NOT PROUD OF EVERY ROAD I TRAVELED, BUT I’LL NEVER BE ASHAMED OF THE JESUS WHO BROUGHT ME HOME!
And maybe you’re already walking with Christ, but you know someone who’s wandered away.
Don’t stop praying for them.
Don’t stop showing them love.
Remember, the prodigal son’s story didn’t end in the far country.
IT ENDED WITH A FATHER REJOICING THAT HIS CHILD HAD COME HOME!
❓ QUESTION OF THE DAY: Is there something keeping you from returning to Jesus, or someone who’s wandered away that you need to keep lifting up in prayer?

NO MATTER HOW FAR YOU’VE WANDERED, THE WAY BACK HOME BEGINS WHEN YOU TURN TOWARD JESUS!
