GHOST TOWN ANTHOLOGY: Extremely chilly Québécois ghost story with a solid thesis and great practical effects. Smatterings of Twin Peaks are enough to pull the film through a choppy narrative. Also contains the best, most subtle score of the year so far. #Berlinale
