Preventing pxrn relapse often starts by adding more friction between temptation and your next choice.
Use a pxrn blocker, remove triggering apps, keep your phone out of the bedroom, and change your routines.
Start with blocking.
Follow it with accountability and support.
Pxrn addiction recovery is possible, and my story is proof. Recovery isn’t about perfection. It’s choosing the next right step, being honest, inviting accountability in, and continuing to move forward. Victory by Covenant Eyes helps me do that.

I relapsed. But it doesn’t erase my progress.
Here’s what I’m doing next:
• Being honest about what happened.
• Naming the trigger - stress, loneliness?
• Telling someone safe.
• Rebuilding my boundaries.
Relapse is a part of my journey, but it doesn’t define it.
See you tomorrow!
