Covenant House ‘Creating Pathways’ program for female-identifying youth aims to break down housing, education and employment barriers to help build a path towards independent living. Covenant House is Canada’s largest agency serving youth who are homeless, trafficked or at risk.
While couch surfing to try to escape a difficult home life, Chantel*, 23, was struggling in school & experiencing a lot of stress.
But after she joined Creating Pathways, our pilot program to support female-identifying youth, that all changed.
