My fellow Americans: Say no to Putin. Say no to our betrayal of Ukraine. Say no to corruption, to lawlessness, to indecency. To Caesarism. To a daily torrent of lies. In short, make America great again.

It’s been eight months since Trump bypassed Congress and started a war with Iran. Prices are still rising, Americans can barely afford their lives, and this Administration still can’t explain what this was supposed to achieve or when it will end.

As always, useful stuff from this young man!
It's nine minutes before my sister is going to walk down the aisle this past Saturday and I'm walking her through a grounding exercise outside the bridal suite.
Emily's excited but visibly nervous.
She has her tells.
Twirling her hair is one of them. It's an old habit that when I see it I don't see my older sister as she is now, I see the little girl that's inside her.
My mom is in a half giggle/half cry.
My dad just saw Emily in her dress for the first time so he's already teared up.
And I'm here getting Emily out of her head and back into her body before showtime. The funny bit is that because we did this exercise she realized her right shoe wasn't even on all the way.
Good thing that got fixed before tripping on the way to saying "I do."
One of the scenarios I talked about when making the Mental Warmup Course was how to handle big emotional life events like funerals or weddings.
That's not an accident.
It is a skill to be able to calm yourself (and others) down.
A Wedding Day is supposed to be one of the happiest days of your life. But if you're a wound up ball of anxious stress you won't show up as your best self.
It's not about feeling NO stress or NO anxiety.
Everyone is going to feel some.
That's okay, we're human.
But the key is can you calm yourself down?
Can you turn the volume knob down on life for a minute?
Just taking 2-10% of the edge off can be the difference between Bridezilla and being excited and okay.
Bride and Groom were happy, everything went smooth and without a hitch.
This mental game stuff isn't just for running fast and winning championships.
It's for real life moments and getting to enjoy them to the fullest.

Fox News is putting Nicki Minaj up telling people to vote red.
Let’s break that down.
Can Nicki Minaj vote? No.
She’s not a U.S. citizen.
Can Nicki Minaj’s husband vote? No, he’s a registered sex offender.
Can Nicki Minaj’s brother vote? No, he’s serving 25 years to life for child sexual assault.
She seems like the perfect spokesperson for MAGA republicans.

Trump: I travel with all these doctors. Great doctors. I said, 'Doctor, would you like me to take a cognitive test?' And he said, 'Well...' I said, 'Is it easy or hard?' Because no president has ever done it.
You might have heard this story. Walter Reed Medical center. We have one of the doctors here today. There is good reason for doctors. They said, 'Well, what do you think, sir?' I said, 'Well, I do good. How hard is it?' It can be hard. It can be hard when you get into the middle questions. 30 questions. It can be pretty tough.
They say all the things. Has he lost his fastball? I think I am sharper now than I was 20 years ago. I don't know why. I feel the same. So this was first term, I guess, first term. I took it twice. And I aced it, every single question. Some of the questions are hard.
I gave an example of it in one of my speeches. I am doing—I guess this is number 10. I go to where I have somebody outstanding that I have to make sure they are allowed to represent the United States of America. That's why I'm here. But I gave it two rallies ago.
One of the questions is, like, take a number, sir. Like 49. Take a number and triple it. Divide by three. Double that. Subtract 400. Add 293. Divide by seven. What is your number? How many people would get that? I got it.
My uncle was the smartest scientist in the history of MIT, they tell me. But I got it. They have another one where they give you five words. They say, sir, we will give you—and you have a whole host of doctors sitting there.
And you know, the first one was so simple. The first is easy. They show you a lion, bear, snake, and giraffe. And they say, 'Which one is the giraffe?' None of those people could come close to getting a perfect score.

Manchester Apollo, October 3, 1982. Brian Johnson, Angus Young and Cliff Williams under the lights on AC/DC's For Those About to Rock tour. The show opened with "Hells Bells" and closed with the cannons on "For Those About to Rock." Harry Potts was a photography student at Manchester Polytechnic. As a teenager he had smuggled his camera into the Apollo in pieces, hidden down his trousers. By 1982 he was getting photo passes from record companies by telling them he worked for music magazines that didn't exist. Photo by Harry Potts.

ALT Black and white concert photo of AC/DC on stage under bright spotlights, with rows of lights overhead. At left, Brian Johnson in a flat cap raises one arm at a microphone stand. In the center, a shirtless Angus Young in shorts plays an SG guitar. At right in the foreground, Cliff Williams in a sleeveless top, with long blond hair, plays a bass guitar, its headstock pointing up into the light. Speaker cabinets and stage gear line the back of the stage.

In the spotlight: As we enter 2026, there will be great stories of high school student athletes, families, schools and communities working together - on AND off the courts and fields.
One of the biggest stories of the year will be the retirement of Rob Zvonar, the only head coach Lincoln-Way East football has ever had in school history. The program, which kicked off a mere two weeks before 9/11 in 2001, is one of the most-respected high school football programs around.
Not just in Illinois, but the U.S.
Zvonar has led the Griffins to six IHSA title games during that span, three of which they ended the season on top.
All the praise, recognition and stories set to come Zvonar’s way in 2026 will be so well deserved. Just think about all the time he has put into kids, families, community programs and the school since 2001?
Hopefully when people talk about Zvonar’s historical run, they also spotlight longtime assistant coach Joel Pallissard, who has been there every step of the way with Zvonar.
In this photo from August 24, 2001, Zvonar hands the game ball ahead of Lincoln-Way East’s come-from-behind home victory over Bishop McNamara 21-20 as Pallissard (far left) looks on.
Think about this: That photo was taken ahead of the first of 253 wins, qualifying for the state playoffs every year and suffering a mere 48 losses since that Friday night in Frankfort at the turn of the 21st century.
The coaching duo, whose sons went through the program, has truly experienced the thrill of victory and agony of defeat together.
Head coaches get a lot of the praise and take the heat from the community, but there’s no doubt longtime assistants deserve so much more recognition than they receive from most throughout high school communities.

Just wait until he hears the story of James Donald Bowman. Who came home from school one day and said that now he wants to be James David Hamel. Then he started wearing eye shadow and said he'd rather be called JD Vance. These things happen.
Trump: "We have 5 states where your child goes off to school as Tim and comes back as Tammy 3 or 4 days later. It's true. And teachers make a decision. 'Goodbye Timmy I love you so much, I'll see you later.' And you say, 'Where's my son? My son is in the hospital.' Can you imagine? They don't even need approval"

"America First" Goes to China: A Temu Attorney Is Now Running Trump's Far-Right Propaganda Machine
In a plot twist too aggressively absurd even for low-budget political satire, the authoritarian regime's brand-new "Minister of Propaganda" and bargain-bin legal crusader, Katie Zacharia — affectionately dubbed the "Temu Attorney" — casually informed the White House Press Corps that she earned her law degree in China.
How Zacharia managed to pass a Chinese bar exam is one of the universe's greatest unsolved mysteries, but the punchline is even better: she doesn't hold a license to practice law in a single, solitary U.S. state. Nothing screams "America First" quite like importing your unlicensed legal advice straight from an overseas online discount marketplace.
