He was definitely gonna start the race, so might as well just cancel the whole thing in advance cuz it looks rainy.. Obviously the race didn’t matter to anyone since it was abandoned at lap 42… I don’t disagree that they would’ve tried harder to get it in if there was a championship to be decided. But so, ok the race is meaningless cuz the championship was decided. Idk man. Again, is what it is. But seems like the weather looks fine for tomorrow, in the past they definitely would’ve just finished it up on Sunday. When I travel for these things, I guess I don’t need to worry about adding an extra day to the trip in case of rain… It’s happened two years in a row now (the other being Colorado last year)
