#KBtribechat Thanks everyone for a great hour of sharing and chatting! We look forward to seeing you all again next week, we can't wait to get back into it regularly.

#KbTribeChat Q7) One of our favourite laundry rooms we've designed and installed. This client has lots of pantry/cleaning storage, a desk/folding area, and still - a designated laundry area. Can't get much more stylish than this!

#KBtribechat Q5) It seems as if clients don't have these specific requests unless they are urgent in their household. We try to cover these questions in our initial consultation stage - to avoid worrying about it later. Accessibility is always a big thing, especially for elderly

Yes we totally agree! Folding center and a hanging rod is frequent request. This may be because of clothing needing to be hung-dry versus in the dryer - and having a designated folding area definitely makes it easier for anyone :) #KbTribechat Q4

#KBtribechat Q3) Laundry rooms are evolving in to extra storage centers. Maybe it'll store extra clothing, cleaning supplies, seasonal items, school supplies - whatever the space feels the need to address. Attached is a custom laundry/storage space we designed for a client.

#KbTribeChat Q1) We're definitely seeing clients have more flexibility in space saving options and location in their homes. See the photo below for what we did for a client's condo downtown Toronto.

We're super excited to be getting back into the #KBtribechat - it's been a while... we can't wait to chat with everyone today about "Wellness Design in The Laundry Zone" 🤗
