There are very few verifiably 'early'- created and minted(at least the contracts) before 2020. Notable is @DeepBlackAI singled out as the only early ai art minted in higher numbers(3074). @EarlyAiArt tracks very well the most important collections from that era.

Always thought of NFTs as a leverage bet on eth eco. They are illiquid enough during bear so most become forced holders and they rise vs eth during bulls. Great assets to have. Imo, you can't go wrong with @cryptopunks @DeepBlackAI or Fidenza
