Seeing a lot of people comparing impressions vs payouts. quick clarification 👇 Your total impressions include everyone: • Verified users • Unverified users But payouts are based only on verified impressions in the Home timeline. So two users with similar view counts can earn very different amounts. This is exactly why X should show verified home timeline impressions directly in analytics. Without this metric, creators are left guessing.

Today is 𝕏 Payout Day but many creators won’t see their payouts. Multiple waves of monetization pauses have left creators waiting for appeals to be reviewed, even if they followed the rules. If the program is meant to succeed long term, the appeal process needs to be faster, clearer, and more transparent. Creators shouldn’t be left in limbo.
