🚨 UPDATE: $AIAI just filed to register ~14.9M shares for resale tied to a B. Riley equity line.
If it elects to sell new shares it can raise up to $200M over time for working capital and general corporate purposes.
That is broad enough to cover the post-closing capital contributions it agreed to make to portfolio companies including Constellation
Not a confirmation the money has been sent.
Just a possible funding source if they choose to use it that way.
If AIAI draws on the $200M line and routes a meaningful piece into Constellation as growth capital that is the setup that matters for $DAG

That’s $514,800 on the books and each renewal is a decision to keep paying for it.
