Maybe moreso for a Shepard who romances Tali and lives; the two of them maybe vouching for the Geth to be honored or even fixed/brought back to life after the Reaper War

But I can also imagine the Cold War tension with the Geth Faction as well, with fears that the Council Races, Human/Krogan/Batarian Alliance, or both might have another Crucible weapon hiding as a deterrence

#masseffect The concept of ME Universe, with different story paths, has me wondering what a setting it would be for a Paragon Shepard who united the Galaxy, got the golden endings for stuff like the Krogan cured, Quarians and Geth peace... and chose the Destroy Ending at the end

Would the Geth Empire/Faction try to bring the Quarians into their fold? And assuming Shepard got the peace resolution in 3, the Quarians probably would want to make peace with the Geth again; for the Geth who remained on Rannoch and fought with them in the Milky Way.

Though no one knew it was going to be an anti-synthetic bomb before it was fired at the end of 3. So you could chalk it up to the unfortunate realities of war and, in the face of the existential thread of the Reapers, throwing a hail mary with a device that no knew how it worked.
