I find it interesting that ARCCA are criticised for testing an "arbitrary" scenario, yet the rebuttal relies on an equally arbitrary combination of bent elbows, braking, reduced speed and unusual biomechanics.
ARCCA actually performed biomechanical testing. #karenread
ARCCA only tested one arbitrary position (arm extended) and one arbitrary speed. Both of those were bad assumptions. Bent elbows as quite strong (watch any martial arts demonstration) and the collision likely happened during braking, at less than 24mph. anonymasslawyer.substack.com…
