Anyone telling you this is going to be a smaller shorter cycle is a stupid fucking idiot. We got mass adoption. Full financial integration means infinite bid from every person with a job and a plan to retire. Up forever. We won

Spend less time on here than I'd like but this is an insanely big day and something I am immensely proud of. We started with a concept Launched on @Pumpfun Used trading fees to fund the business Proved the concept with streaming Grew the business for the last 6 months Won the Hackathon Started using funds to hyper grow the business And are now massively rewarding early supporters through an ACE round. Raise from one of the most influential companies in crypto + 1:1 token to equity is unheard of. Take 5 minutes to read this, it takes a little piece of everything I've worked on in the last almost decade and rolls it up into one big beautiful company Much more to come. Please come rip with us ♥️

Head is spinning right now! So much to say and do. First and foremost a huge thank you to everyone at @Pumpfun for this massive vote of confidence. Entrepreneurs being able to launch consumer businesses through pump is massive disruption. Second, this is only the beginning of our journey. Digital products backed physically are the future of collectibles. We have been saying it since day one. Changing consumer habits is a long process but we are here to do just that. Third, for anyone who is seeing this that isn't crypto adjacent. Dont worry about it. Our product is built for everyone. More affordable and widely available cards, packs, and boxes are the most import part of this entire operations. Finally, we will be investing heavily in inventory, operations, and development. Our timeline on things has moved up heavily. Be on the look out for announcements on things we are working on. WE LOVE YOU! COME RIP WITH US ♥️

We are in the middle of the roaring twenties and a new technological advancement is making every single public company a billion times more efficient using a tenth of their workforce. Long every tech company with over 25k employees and hoard as much crypto as you can.

Jane Streets effective altruism is funny because instead of warning people about the dangers of luna and its potential collapse sparing many people from killing themselves they depegged UST to make billions of dollars to then fund a suicide prevention nonprofit that a founder's wife started

we're making @blocks smaller today. here's my note to the company. #### today we're making one of the hardest decisions in the history of our company: we're reducing our organization by nearly half, from over 10,000 people to just under 6,000. that means over 4,000 of you are being asked to leave or entering into consultation. i'll be straight about what's happening, why, and what it means for everyone. first off, if you're one of the people affected, you'll receive your salary for 20 weeks + 1 week per year of tenure, equity vested through the end of may, 6 months of health care, your corporate devices, and $5,000 to put toward whatever you need to help you in this transition (if you’re outside the U.S. you’ll receive similar support but exact details are going to vary based on local requirements). i want you to know that before anything else. everyone will be notified today, whether you're being asked to leave, entering consultation, or asked to stay. we're not making this decision because we're in trouble. our business is strong. gross profit continues to grow, we continue to serve more and more customers, and profitability is improving. but something has changed. we're already seeing that the intelligence tools we’re creating and using, paired with smaller and flatter teams, are enabling a new way of working which fundamentally changes what it means to build and run a company. and that's accelerating rapidly. i had two options: cut gradually over months or years as this shift plays out, or be honest about where we are and act on it now. i chose the latter. repeated rounds of cuts are destructive to morale, to focus, and to the trust that customers and shareholders place in our ability to lead. i'd rather take a hard, clear action now and build from a position we believe in than manage a slow reduction of people toward the same outcome. a smaller company also gives us the space to grow our business the right way, on our own terms, instead of constantly reacting to market pressures. a decision at this scale carries risk. but so does standing still. we've done a full review to determine the roles and people we require to reliably grow the business from here, and we've pressure-tested those decisions from multiple angles. i accept that we may have gotten some of them wrong, and we've built in flexibility to account for that, and do the right thing for our customers. we're not going to just disappear people from slack and email and pretend they were never here. communication channels will stay open through thursday evening (pacific) so everyone can say goodbye properly, and share whatever you wish. i'll also be hosting a live video session to thank everyone at 3:35pm pacific. i know doing it this way might feel awkward. i'd rather it feel awkward and human than efficient and cold. to those of you leaving…i’m grateful for you, and i’m sorry to put you through this. you built what this company is today. that's a fact that i'll honor forever. this decision is not a reflection of what you contributed. you will be a great contributor to any organization going forward. to those staying…i made this decision, and i'll own it. what i'm asking of you is to build with me. we're going to build this company with intelligence at the core of everything we do. how we work, how we create, how we serve our customers. our customers will feel this shift too, and we're going to help them navigate it: towards a future where they can build their own features directly, composed of our capabilities and served through our interfaces. that's what i'm focused on now. expect a note from me tomorrow. jack

Great writeup by dub and very @collectdotrip coded Would like to add our own thoughts. 1. Digital collectibles backed by physical items are the future of collecting. Buying, selling, and trading physical collectibles will become frictionless. --- CSGO, Fortnite, and TCG Pocket have done all the work. We're at the one yard line --- People yearn to flex their collectibles 2. NFTs will become mainstream (or at least much less hated) as they become a symbol of true ownership and not a financial vehicle. --- A car title is not loved or hated, it simply is 3. Crypto TCGs will catch a major bid. @ParallelTCG, @Azuki, @VeeFriendsCards, @pudgypenguins are some major front runners --- We are very committed to this idea. So much so that we will be integrating these TCGs into our site. --- Shoutout @templecrash & @Goldy_TGG They sent us 2 boxes of Parallel to rip and will be the first crypto TCG fully added to our site Come rip with us ♥️

Maybe it’s because I’m in an entirely different position financially but yesterday felt nothing like the covid crash. Covid I looked at the price at one point and threw up off my friends balcony. No bid, I legit thought we were going to 0, and my life was over Yesterday was like “ah some overleveraged bozo blew up and gave me the first opportunity at some cheap coins” Grateful even Good time (btc to $130k) seem to have created some v weak men
