I made a HOB / pHOB scanner. You can try it out for free for at least a month. Just click the rocket icon in the bottom left so I can add you if you want to use it.
Not sure yet what I'll do with it after that month.
I made it mainly for my own trading style so it might not be for everyone. The settings are based on what I prefer but you can change a few things to your liking.
It's far from perfect but already works pretty well and saves a lot of time. I'll obviously keep working on it and improving it along the way.
Turn off refinement if you want it to load faster.

Reducing Unnecessary PA Watching ✍️
PA watching is often very unnecessary. It is useful around the levels where you plan to enter a position and where you scale out, but everything in between is usually the heroin variant. Looking at PA just to see if you are earning money or losing money. Every quick move in your favor gives you an instant boost of dopamine and every little move against you makes you want to watch the chart until it once again moves in your favor. It's the same way scrolling or ciggies tickle your brain. We still have a monkey brain that loves these quick little dopamine hits.
What makes this even worse is that MMs know how to play into these emotions. Most people have very similar emotional reactions to certain PA and MMs can use these predictable reactions to their advantage by pushing price into liquidity and triggering fear or FOMO. The market is almost designed to keep you in this heroin state.
There is not such a simple solution to this. Some hurdles have simple answers and can be solved in days/weeks. I think this problem stays with you your entire trading life as this is the basis for the markets. So many problems come together when trying to figure this one out.
First of all, you want to be a trader, that's the end goal. You feel very good when that identity gets reinforced with positive results, but when the opposite happens your identity gets attacked. You start doubting yourself as a trader even though all that happened is one trade not going your way.
This process of identity being reinforced and attacked can quickly wear you out if untreated. It's emotionally very, very taxing to think this way and it will make your brain so cluttered it can't see proper reality anymore.
Another part of this is the illusion of control. By constantly watching PA you feel like you have some kind of control over your position, while in reality you're not changing anything. The longer you watch the more chances you give yourself to get emotional over moves that might not even matter. You might end up changing a perfectly fine setup just because some candles made you uncomfortable. Nothing in your actual analysis has changed.
There are some ways to try to fix this:
First imagine what it would look like to have this issue mostly solved: A clean mind, less FOMO, more confidence in your setups and a life where trading doesn't use up your entire brain so it leaves some energy and emotions in there to actually enjoy life!
This is what you want and this is what you have to remember every day. You want the journey to be bright and fun, not dreadful and dark. Reinforce this thought and imagine your end goal.
You also have to understand that the result of one trade says very little about how good you are as a trader. You can have a great setup and still lose money, or make a terrible decision and end up winning. That's just how probabilities work. Stick to your own system and only take trades you really trust. Sketchy trades are addictive because the outcome is even more unpredictable and makes you want to watch PA even more. With your best setups BCS shouldn't even come as a surprise and an SL hit is just one loss over many trades. Try to judge yourself on how well you execute your setups over many trades instead.
A simple technical fix is to ask yourself whenever you look at PA if what you're doing is actually useful, or if you're just using a drug in the form of silly candles.
Set alerts for every important part of your chart. Confirmations, entries, TP levels, invalidations etc. You have now defined where it is necessary to check PA and possibly take action. Everywhere in between is just you getting your fix.
If you are still looking at PA even though you have your alerts set, get out into the real world and try to do things that keep your mind off trading. Do your favorite hobby, follow some kind of passion, talk to real people or just sit on a bench in nature. You gotta put your brain into a different environment, one outside of trading. And while you're out enjoying life, the market will let you know when it needs a little bit of your attention again.
I think this is something you will always struggle with to some extent. There will always be moments where you want to check how your position is doing even though there is no reason to. You just have to become more aware of when this happens and slowly get better at not giving in to that urge every single time.
And remember why you're doing all of this in the first place. You want trading to improve your life, not have it take over your entire life. There is a lot more to enjoy than watching candles move up and down all day.

Hope allows you to experience the future in the present ✍️
You can become emotionally attached to profits you haven't even made yet.
Hope is useful when it motivates you to take action. But once you are in a position and start imagining how reaching BCS will feel it can give you a dopamine rush. You already start imagining how good you will feel with those profits added to your portfolio.
After the initial excitement goes away again and price starts moving against your position you might start experiencing fear.
When price eventually hits your trailing SL you might feel as if you've lost even though your portfolio has actually grown. Your emotions signal that something bad happened while objectively you've made a gain. (see picture)
Hope can however turn into an actual loss because it can make you unwilling to exit at all. You might hold onto a position longer than you should and turn a profitable trade into a losing one.
This is because closing the position means giving up the imagined future you've already become attached to.
Hope is powerful but you have to understand its weaknesses. As with any emotion you need to understand how it affects you and your objective results.

Trade what you feel, not only what you see.
No levels or lines. Just look at the chart and feel. Technical analysis is a tool, nothing more. It is the single most overrated aspect of trading nowadays. Everyone uses it, there's hundreds of "profitable strategies" yet 99.9% still remain unable to pull out any profits.
Stupid advice from gurus is ignore your emotions or act emotionless. I once thought that, it's incorrect. Just be emotionally intelligent. Understand what you feel and control it, use it to your advantage.
You are all "herd consensus" emotionally, once you start to realize that you'll trade better.

Current liquidity level respected (so far), maybe forming the basis for the neckline.
Just a scenario --> if it plays out you can profit big, if it doesn't you better hope you have good risk management😉

The biggest mental shift in trading you can achieve is to detach from the monetary outcome of your trades!
Either when you win a lot and feel euphoric or loose a lot and feel like shit!
When I started out a few years ago, 100$ risk per trade felt huge and loosing it felt like shit for a day or two!
Now I can loose 500-1k in a trade and I'm fine right after, as I have the receipts that I will make it back and it's such a small loss compared to what I already made in my career!
Same for winning trades. When I Tp thousands in a trade I feel nothing! No euphoria or crazy upswings.
If you can do that, long term the sky is the limit, yes you face down swings and drawdowns, but as long as you stay centered and don't swing too much to one or the other side you will be fine!
Emotions are like a pendulum, once it swings to either side, it will always come back with the same force!

HTF plan (pic 1) is a little lower until the big level. It will be interesting to see the news + technical confirmation once we're at the KL.
USOIL has been a great exercise in combining news with the levels (pic 2). To move assets this big, massive manipulation tactics have to be used. So far it has been: do the opposite of what Trump implies + combine it with your level. A simple Uno reverse card to what he's trying to say. Will it soon be time for a reverse, reverse Trump?
For current long - if we reach bcs - I might leave a runner if I like PA for higher

📖 Take these risks in life
Everything good in your life will happen as a result of taking the risk of getting it. There is no return without paying the price and the price is taking on the risk of failure. As a baby, you need to risk falling if you are to learn how to walk. We follow that same trajectory in life and business. Those who are unwilling to take the risk, face an unfulfilled and mediocre life.
🔹 Risk getting incredibly wealthy – especially if you’re young.
If you’re under 35, you get 1 or 2 big swings at an extraordinary life. This happens because you have little to no downside: there’s no one depending on you. This is by far the most important piece of advice you can get as a young person: TAKE BIG RISKS. The scary/uncomfortable ones. The risks everyone around you tells you not to take.
Want to know something that will outrage the close minded people? Everyone who actually wants to be rich can become rich. There are over 60 million millionaires and thousands of new billionaires in the world. We’re going to soon have our first trillionaire. There’s no limit to the wealth you can get in this life. And honestly, the sooner you solve the money issue in life, the better.
When it comes to both life and financial risks: If you don’t play the risk game while you’re young, you’re going to play the blame game while you’re old. At this stage you know my message goes to very few people only, and if its arriving to you is because I believe this isn’t a waste of my time, and that you can come from average to a great life and achievements. I can leave now, retire, and live in the luxuries of this world. But that’s not fulfilling. Fulfilling for me is guiding others on the path to a life that’s worth living. Saddens me to see most people never truly living, but it is what it is…
🔹 Risk ridicule in exchange for making your dreams come true
- Criticism and ridicule are part of the process. Think of it as the cost of entry to the joyride that is the good life. Who cares what they think?! Who cares if they don’t like you? You don’t even know THEM!
People are intimidated by those who go after it. They’re scared of seeing other people succeed because it serves as proof that success is achievable. Their only hope is to intimidate you into giving up on your dreams, so you don’t get the chance to prove them wrong. The risk fades away when you realize that these people are irrelevant to your journey, even if they’re part of your inner circle and their words might hurt. Be strong. It’s your future. It’s your life. You only have one.
🔹 Risk Dropping out or quitting to start your own business
- Here’s a gold nugget that’s going to change your life forever if you allow its value into your beliefs. It’s called: The Simulated Outcome Theory
How it works: look at the way your life is going right now and imagine doing what you’re doing for the next 10 years. What does your life look like if you progress in a linear fashion? If you’re happy with the result, keep doing what you’re doing. But what if you realize this future sucks? That’s when you drop out or quit your job in order to start living life on your terms. You will end up working longer hours, but you’ll have the satisfaction that you’re building for yourself. For as long as you live just remember: If you don’t build your own dreams, someone else will hire you to build theirs.
🔹 Risk investing in yourself
- People complain that investing in yourself is expensive…but what the hell is the alternative?! What is there to invest that gives you a better ROI than…well…YOU?!
If you’re unable to at least invest in yourself where you control the outcome, how do you expect any other investment to work out?...
Treat your investment in yourself the same way venture capital works: Some will be shi*, some will be ok, but one or two of them will be life-changing. I’ve read hundreds of bad books before finding the few that worked well for me. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars going to events, seminars, courses, classes, and meet-ups, in order to compound my knowledge and build freedom. Ask yourself, what percentage of your income do you reinvest in yourself? I’m not talking about your comforts, but in your skillset, your knowledge, and your tools of the trade. If you’re spending less than 5% on you…it might be a good time to re-evaluate your priorities. The brutal truth is: People’s lives are cheap because they think investing in themselves is expensive. Why? - Because the've learned to have instant gratification for work done, and when they don't, they have no belief. They don't understand how money and life works, so no matter what they do, they will not find the path to freedom.
🔹 Risk starting over
- Even if you’re starting from scratch. Even if it’s in a new place. Even if you know nobody. Even if no-one supports you. Risk starting over. It will be scary because it’s always scary when you venture into the unknown. But you see, Darkness is the mere absence of light. The moment you overcome your fear, you begin to generate light into the darkness of your world. The more you do and learn, the brighter you shine. Deep down we’re all scared of our luminosity. But it’s a necessary part of success. You might be thinking it’s easy to say this when I don’t know your story, but I actually know you, because I’ve been in similar environment as you are today, and I’ve seen your story in other people as well. It might not be obvious to you at the moment, but if starting over is your objective, the road will reveal itself to you. Remember this: If you see nothing around you but walls, start building a door. You've got the tools, and you can find the time.
🔹 Risk going against the consensus and be right
- This is the straightforward path to massive success in life. The more you think about it, the more you realize it is true: If you want to be successful in life, you have to go against the consensus - what everybody thinks - and be right. People will tell you that something is impossible, they’ll tell you to not even try because it won’t work, you’re not good enough, smart enough, talented enough, not born in the right country, not born with the right parents, skin color, gender or simply…that nobody was able to do it. The thing is…
Everything is impossible until someone does it. Our growing wealth is the result of ignoring everybody else and focusing on the process. I said this before, but if we’re living in a simulation, then self-belief is the cheat code to getting everything you want. Risk believing in your idea and following through.
🔹 Risk being yourself when everyone else wants you to be someone else
- Who are you? You’re more than your clothes, the things you buy, the home you live in…You’re more than what your parents taught you when you were young. You’re more than the trauma you’ve suffered growing up. You’re an individual. You’re separate from everything else. You’re not what your uncle thinks you are or should be. You’re not what your parents wish you were. You’re not what your friends see you as. You’re not even all of those things combined. You’re an ever-changing identity that absorbs what it needs and finds useful in order to craft itself out of pure chaos. The moment you realize how short life is and how meaningless the expectations of others are in terms of real impact on your existence, the second phase of your life begins.
🔹 Risk finding your true limits
- The brutal truth: Most people quit at 40% of their ability. As humans, we fail to understand our true limits because our mind and body is designed to shelter us from harm and into comfort as quickly as possible. Most people go through life never knowing what they can do. They choose to underperform, doing the universe a big disservice. You were put on this planet to find out what you’re capable of…
Going to the grave without discovering that is just wasted potential. Why are you scared to find out? Why do you quit before your limits? Why don’t you test yourself to see how far you can go? Something extraordinary happens if you do…You find the truth. You find where your ability stands at this point in your life. You have a clear benchmark. From work to life, to relationships, go the extra mile and make them extraordinary. For the man who risks finding his own limits, the world opens up with limitless opportunities.
Are all those successful people just smarter than you? Look closely...they aren’t. They worked and worked, and worked some more. Results started showing because they outworked everyone else and were noticed for providing more value.
🔹 Risk having your own metric for success
- Here’s the paradox of success: Success is a self fulfilling game. The only real way to win is to decide that you have won the game. Otherwise, you will be in constant pursuit of something that you’ll never catch up with. Even if you achieve what other people consider success, if it’s not your own consideration, you will not feel like you’ve made any progress in life. This is how people end up hating their lives despite having a high -profile job or making a lot of money. If it doesn’t meet your own metrics for success you will feel like a failure, like you could’ve done more or be happier doing something else. People will judge you based on their own metrics…please note that you are under no obligation to live by them. Risk having your own metrics...
That’s what the phrase: “YOU DO YOU!” actually means.
🔹 Risk a “bad meal” to find the magical one
- I know you weren’t expecting a food reference at this point in the talk, but this is actually a deep metaphor for life. You have to risk going through the bad in order to find the exceptional. You don’t know where the magic is in life, but it won’t find you, you have to go look for it. Look everywhere you think you might be able to find it.
Most will be disappointments, but once in a while, you will stumble upon something that made the entire search worth it. These are the life-changing pieces of the puzzle that makes up your existence. Do you know why this is true?
- Because unearned prizes bear no value. In a screwed-up way, the bad justifies you being deserving of the good. You truly appreciate a good meal if you’ve been eating shi* for a while. You really appreciate a good job if you’ve been working miserable ones for the past few years. You will never take for granted a loyal partner if your previous one tore your heart to shreds…
If you want to win this freaking game, you have to embrace risk. You won’t get many chances. Time has picked up speed and I know you feel it too. The next few years will go by in the blink of an eye…Don’t regret it.

Today, we remember a legend.
On this day in history, Harambe would have celebrated another birthday. An icon that became part of internet history, American culture, and an entire generation’s timeline.
Tomorrow marks 10 years since we lost him. Ten years since the moment the world stopped scrolling and collectively mourned something bigger than a meme.
He became a symbol of loyalty, strength, chaos, unity, and the strange beauty of the internet bringing millions of people together for one cause: never forgetting Harambe.
Everyone remembers where they were when they heard the news. And somehow, a decade later, his legacy still lives on.
Gone, but never forgotten.
Rest easy to a true patriot. 🕊️🇺🇸

So far perfect 2W BB into W OB, taking some more profit on a DB of the 2W and if we break more on the KSH and last final target would be the 5D BB inside a M OB and W OB with lots of HTF Fibs!

Diversify your identity✍️
There is a lot of research that shows that caring deeply about a pursuit is of course important because it keeps you driven. But if you care so deeply that you become one with your pursuit, it can start working backwards. Basically, if you think “I am a trader” and that is all that I am, your fear of failure will skyrocket, because every mistake will feel like it challenges your identity. And in a way, it kind of does if that is all you do.
You also see this pattern with top performers in general. Nobel Prize winning scientists often have serious creative hobbies outside their main field, and at the very top in sport it also seems more common to have other meaningful pursuits or interests, rather than being completely one dimensional.
How do you solve this? We as traders know this better than anyone: you don’t put your entire portfolio into one stock, you diversify. It’s the same with identity. If you only identify with trading, then when you experience failure it can take a lot of effort to balance yourself emotionally again. But if you have other important pursuits, hobbies, or serious recreations, you can fall back on those too. Those things help build your overall identity, so you become more resilient and you can bounce back quicker.
It sounds counterintuitive because you have to free up time to pursue something other than just trading. But find some hobbies and passions in your life and take them seriously, because it will likely increase your trading game, and overall you will be a more resilient person.
So: get big in the gym, travel, learn a skill, build something, play a sport, make music, etc.... Just make sure trading isn’t the only pillar you have😉

Learning Through Failure✍️
Only through hard work will you reach your true limits. Yes, you will fail even when working hard, that is unavoidable. But every failure gives you more clarity about what went wrong
The better you get, the better you start to see what went wrong. You will see more often that you were wrong, but this is the problem solving stage where actual growth lies
It may look as if you keep making avoidable mistakes but in the end you will see that these failures were necessary. The better you get, the better you will be at spotting your mistakes before they become patterns that keep coming back
