🎓 Minting #DigiDollar doesn't turn the $DGB in your vault into dollars.
The collateral remains DGB, so its dollar value can change while it's locked. The DD created against that position has a dollar target of its own.
💡 Keeping those two amounts separate makes the wallet much easier to understand. A DD balance tells you how much DD you hold. It doesn't tell you the current dollar value of your locked $DGB.
