It's permissionless and has a predictable monetary policy.

The US president, multiple members of congress, and now Secretary Mnuchin have stated that the US wants to preserve USD as the global reserve instead of any crypto including bitcoin.
Any country or gov’t that wants the upside of becoming a world power should be buying bitcoin.
