Trump plan: ZNPP goes to IAEA (US control). EU plan: Russian sovereign assets to rebuild Ukraine. Trump plan: Russian assets help Ukraine, US earns profits. The Trump 28-Point peace plan does offer G8 membership to Russia (something the EU plan appears to not offer), so that alone may be enough to sway Russia :)
