Seeing you trade on Fomo with the goal of eventually buying a house is a huge inspiration to me. It hits differently because I had that exact same dream. I was also building toward buying a house, but I lost the money I had set aside for it and ended up back at $0. Watching you chase that goal reminds me of what I lost, but also reminds me that the dream is still possible. That’s why this $1K giveaway feels like more than just free money to me. It feels like an opportunity to start all over again and keep the dream alive. If I get the chance, these are the 7 rules I’ll live by: 1. Never go to zero again. My first job is to survive. I’d rather miss a 10x than lose everything chasing it. 2. No more perps. I’ve seen how quickly leverage can turn a good run into nothing. Spot only. I’m done giving the house an easy way to take my money. 3. Liquidity is a weapon. I’ll always keep dry powder. Having money ready for the right opportunity is more important than being 100% deployed. 4. Take profits. If a trade runs hard, I’m paying myself. No more watching big unrealized gains round-trip back to zero because I was waiting for another 10x. 5. Conviction over FOMO. I’m not buying something just because CT is screaming about it. I’ll have a thesis, know what I’m buying, and know when that thesis is invalid. 6. One good opportunity can change everything. I don’t need to trade every day or catch every runner. I’ll be patient and wait for asymmetric setups instead of forcing trades out of desperation. 7. If I make it, I pass it on. This $1K wouldn’t just be a chance to change my situation. It would be a promise to help someone else who is still in the trenches when I cross $100K. I’ve already learned what happens when I don’t respect these rules. I know a lot of people will enter, and many of them will have reasons that are just as genuine, if not more genuine, than mine. But if I’m given this opportunity, I won’t take it for granted.
