2.5 years ago, the SEC accused Ripple of selling XRP in an unregistered security offering. I called BS on this from the beginning, and heavily increased my position back at roughly .18 cents.
2.5 years later, Judge Torres has ruled that XRP is NOT a security. I’ve been right about a lot of things in this space over the last 7-8 years, but this bet might go down as my greatest call yet.
