Total revenue rose to $228.8M from $155.6M, while average self-mining hash rate increased 389.4% to 69.5 EH/s. Yet Bitdeer ended the quarter holding only 150 BTC, compared with 1,502 BTC a year earlier. Net loss also widened to $92.3M from $62.9M. That separation matters. Mining output measures operating throughput. Bitcoin held measures treasury policy. Neither tells you, on its own, whether the business is improving. A serious miner analysis should separate production, power cost, fleet efficiency, capex, liquidity, debt and treasury decisions instead of treating every mined BTC as permanent balance-sheet exposure.
