sherrod brown is a democrat from ohio who lost his senate seat in 2024
crypto super PAC fairshake spent over $40M backing the republican who defeated him
this year brown ran again and fairshake's network planned another $30M campaign against him
but brown defeated jon husted and won his seat back
fairshake and its allies raised over $193M for the midterms and won 53 of the 57 primaries they backed
now brown is heading back to washington and crypto could face a tougher fight over the CLARITY Act
crypto spent millions trying to keep him out
