You know why trading is so hard? Because it demands a level of emotional mastery that most people never bother to develop. Justifying your actions based on how you were “feeling” is a character trait of a weak man. Not all of your emotions should be given equal relevance. Most of the times what you are feeling stems out of your own hidden complexes. I feel low so am not gonna…… I feel ashamed so am not Gonna …. He makes me feel…… Weak ass sentences. Until you learn to distinct your emotions from what you should be Doing, you r stuck in a loop big boy. Remove emotions from consequences and they stop carrying the narrative. I lost so i feel like a loser. I will lose 100 times just to win one time. The climax is how people remember you.
