I love what I do. I get to spend my days on things others call a hobby. But sometimes this industry gets on my nerves. Not the work, but how we sell it. We talk a ton about getting more issuances on-chain. Hardly anyone stops to ask if it even makes sense for that issuer and that asset. The other thing is how some providers along the asset lifecycle show up. Not all of them, of course. But the loudest are often the ones distracting most from the fact that they donโ€™t know how issuers from the traditional world work. The volume of your so-called โ€œpartner chainโ€ doesnโ€™t matter to an issuer. Everyone wants the biggest RWA number, but nobody counts the same way. Some count target volumes that never get subscribed, some add completely unregulated assets that somehow fit the narrative. The biggest number wins, because itโ€™s the easiest one to market. Louder, bigger, sexier. And even an honest number says little. Most of it comes from tokenized money market funds, treasuries and gold. That says a lot about the distribution power of BlackRock or Franklin Templeton. It says very little about what a family business can expect from its own issuance. Same goes for DeFi. Lending and borrowing work when thereโ€™s a liquid market behind an asset. Thatโ€™s why tokenized treasuries and money market funds are already used as collateral. For a typical private market bond, that market doesnโ€™t exist yet, and licensed secondary venues for tokenized securities are still rare. Without a successful placement and a working market, all those protocol partnerships donโ€™t help a traditional issuer. Think of a third-generation family real estate company. They manage, build and revitalize properties, and a bond is one way they want to finance their next project. Their investors are traditional. They pay in fiat, donโ€™t have a wallet and donโ€™t want to sign things multiple times, certainly not through tools like Privy. They just want to put their money to work, without any hurdles. Of course, a custody provider still has to be part of the setup, but the investors never feel it. Sounds strange, but thatโ€™s how it is. What the issuer expects is what it knows from traditional financing: people to talk to, partners who understand its business, predictable costs, digitalization and automation where it actually makes sense, and someone who stays for the securityโ€™s entire lifetime. No fancy DeFi pitch. No stories about what might be possible in a couple of years or in some regulatory gray zone. The chain, custody, the registrar, the liability umbrella, the payment provider, the on-chain cash leg: all of that should work together quietly in the background. What counts is whether the partner understands the business and helps it reach its goal, instead of building a silo solution that leaves it on its own. So before we talk about getting more issuances on-chain, letโ€™s ask if it even makes sense for that issuer and that asset. Thatโ€™s where the conversation should start.

What should be tokenized first? That's the question our Founder and Managing Director @MoritzStumpf will discuss on the main stage at the DIGITAL ASSETS DAY by Bundesblock, part of the TUM Blockchain Conference 2026, alongside Raphael Neuberger from Cashlink, Lorenzo Rigatti from BlockInvest and Christian Million from Convista, moderated by Jessica Kreysar from Turn the Curve. Bonds, private credit or money market funds? Some asset classes are already being tokenized at scale, others are still waiting for investors and a working secondary market. So what really decides which comes first: the technology, the regulation or the investors? Listened to the conversation between Chancellor @bundeskanzler and @nvidia CEO @JensenHuang yesterday. It was mostly about AI, but this line fits tokenization just as well: 'There's nothing to regulate if the industry doesn't thrive.' You can see this clearly with secondary markets for tokenized assets in Germany and Europe. Licensing costs can run into the millions, and approval processes can take years, all before the first transaction happens. Startups can't afford that. Only large incumbents can enter, and being able to afford a license doesn't mean building the best product. Innovation needs space to grow: within a controlled framework, yes, but a more open one. I'm for clear guidelines and strong consumer protection. But clear rules should enable a market, not precede it. Give builders legal certainty, let the market get going, then refine where needed. Otherwise there's nothing left to protect, and Europe falls behind regions that offered clarity and more openness.
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang to Chancellor Merz: I've also heard you say that you want to find that balance between innovation and regulation. There's nothing to regulate if the industry doesn't thrive.

Infrastructure shouldn't impose its own shape on an issuance. TokenSuite assembles around the requirements instead, with modules that fit the deal, compliance present rather than added, and no tie to a single chain. Modular. Compliant by default. Chain-agnostic.

Imagine an auction with 60 seconds left... okay ๐Ÿค” Interest is high, bids are coming in, and suddenly the system struggles to keep up. In an online auction, performance at that moment matters a lot @tokenforge addresses this challenge with a dedicated Auction Engine, yea you heard me right. It is designed separately from its other services to focus on bidding performance and deliver bid updates to the user interface Why separate it from the rest of the platform? Now pay attention Because not every process has the same technical demands. An auction needs responsive bid handling, especially when activity intensifies near the deadline Itโ€™s a useful reminder that building digital financial products isnโ€™t only about tokenization. Sometimes, itโ€™s about getting the underlying systems to perform when timing matters most.

I've been working in the regulated tokenization market for a few years now, mostly in DACH, and the region is bigger than most people think. In Germany alone, 278 tokenized securities worth around โ‚ฌ1.3 billion have been issued under the eWpG, according to @DekaBank's Digital Asset Monitor. So why does hardly anyone know? Because the data is spread across more than ten registrars, each with its own website. Some details sit in CSV files nobody can really work with, others aren't public at all. As a result, issuers don't get the visibility their issuances need, and investors have no single place to find them, compare them and decide based on actual data, on-chain and off-chain. So I built @emittodigital, a comparison platform for tokenized issuances from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It's updated hourly and lets you discover and compare issuances from across the region and calculate their returns over the full term. Most of this data you won't find on rwa.xyz or similar trackers. Want a closer look at the DACH tokenization market? Early access is open now, link in the reply. Public access follows in a few weeks. emitto is not a secondary market and no subscriptions take place on the platform.

A token is not the whole story behind a digital security When people discuss tokenization, the conversation often focuses on blockchain technology. But there is another important part of the process: the legal record Under Germany's Electronic Securities Act, an electronic security can be issued through an entry in an electronic securities register instead of a traditional paper certificate For crypto securities, the law also establishes requirements for protecting the register's integrity and preventing unauthorized changes Why does this matter? Because digitizing a financial instrument involves more than creating a digital representation The legal framework, the record of the security, and the technology supporting it all have distinct roles This is an important part of building digital financial infrastructure that can work within established financial markets
In digital finance, one line of code can carry a lot of responsibility. Thatโ€™s why smart-contract security deserves more attention than it usually gets. TokenForgeโ€™s $TKFG documentation describes an external audit covering key contract functions, including staking, vesting, transfers, and discount mechanisms. The process also includes internal code reviews and test deployments. These checks matter because digital financial products need more than features that work. They need careful attention to how the underlying contracts behave and how risks are managed. In tokenization, trust isnโ€™t just about what a platform promises. Itโ€™s also about the work happening behind the scenes. #TokenForge #SmartContracts #BlockchainSecurity

What does it actually take to tokenize an issuance? Not in theory, but in practice, with real issuers, real requirements and real regulatory questions. We have been working on exactly that since 2021: 50+ projects across five European countries, including the first eWpG-compliant securities issuance in Germany. At the 7th Berliner Fintech Gesprรคche at @OsborneClarke, our Co-Founder and CPO @markuskluge joins the panel "Technologie im Praxistest" to discuss what digital issuances look like in practice and which questions companies should answer before they start. 7th Berliner Fintech Gesprรคche: Alternative SME financing when the bank loan becomes the bottleneck. ๐Ÿ“ ๐—Ÿ๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป: Osborne Clarke, Schinkelplatz 5, 10117 Berlin ๐Ÿ—“ ๐——๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ: 15 October 2026 โฐ ๐—ง๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฒ: 5:00 to 8:00 pm Registration: sites-osborneclarke.vuturevxโ€ฆ

careful with who you follow on this app when trying to collect accurate informations. relay is doing 9 figure volume daily and raised near to 20 million dollars in q1 2026. but i see so many accounts saying that relay is shutting down. to be clear, relay is known as a crosschain swap/bridge protocol. not a vault protocol. but they added vault before, and that is what they are shutting down in december, to reintroduce a bigger product. and the image below clearly doesnโ€™t signify a shutdown.

From 30 days to 24 hours. ๐Ÿ‘€ Thatโ€™s a major step forward for traditional finance. Together with @PwC_de, @StellarOrg, EOS Group and AllUnity, @tokenforge has helped build an end-to-end blockchain solution that automates securitization settlements. Instead of relying on lengthy manual calculations and reconciliations, smart contracts automate investor allocations and payouts, with settlement in a regulated euro stablecoin. TokenForge handled the technical implementation, bringing the smart-contract logic and platform components together. This is what real-world blockchain adoption looks like: less manual work, faster settlements, and more transparent financial processes. Big achievement for TokenForge and its partners
