Anyone else get annoyed when you push the hand sanitizer dispenser, only to realize that it is empty and now you’ve touched other people’s potential germs and there’s no sanitizer to remedy this? Off to wash my hands again it is 😂🥲

We are all @Simone_Biles. The only difference is that she chose her mental wellness over pleasing others. We can learn a lot from her. Take care of your mental health, it matters.

We are all @Simone_Biles because everyday we are faced with the decision of being brutally honest with ourselves about our mental health and state. She realized a need in her mental health and acted accordingly. I applaud her for this decision.

Let’s normalize supporting one another when someone says they need to take care of their mental health. Just as physical health is important, mental health is too.
As a therapist, I witness daily what a poor mental health does to individuals. Not only does it impact the person mentally and emotionally, but it actually hinders them physically and functionally.
