Did you know the TBMs we'll use to excavate the T2D tunnels will be as long as two Olympic swimming pools?
That's around 100m long - or a bit over 47 seconds in time for Kyle Chalmers to swim freestyle.

This new intersection near the T2D Project will improve traffic flow for a key parallel route to South Road during construction of the project and in the longer term, by creating two new through-lanes in each direction directly linking Holbrooks Road and East Avenue.
Detailed plans for a major upgrade to realign the Grange Road, Holbrooks Road and East Avenue intersection have been unveiled. The upgrade will improve traffic flow and pedestrian safety and will include a new push-button pedestrian crossing.
