This doesn’t seem to be getting enough attention. The Silicon Valley social contract forced on the public by Obama and then Trump and then Biden (minus Lina Khan) and now Trump was straight forward: We will let these bros become the richest people in human history and in exchange they will develop a tech industry that makes the U.S. dominant for a century.
They did the first part, then built monopolies to try to keep out competition rather than continue to innovate at a top level, and then got out-competed by Chinese companies in both AI and social media. They are the losers we always thought they were — and now so are we.
Remember: Question the hype. Think independently. Verify facts. Don't get swept up in mass reactions without understanding the systems at play. The world's a stage, but you don't have to follow the script.

After playing Callisto Protocol and just feeling meh about it, now I'm absolutely hyped for the Dead Space remake. It looks stunning! Gameplay looks amazing as well!
I refuse to tolerate bullies. I refuse to turn a blind eye to scammers. I refuse to let others take advantage of our community and try to destroy what so many amazing people have built.
Y'all let's make sure there is no room for these people in #BlackTechTwitter in 2023.

I've created a mentorship program to help those affected by #MTBF. That, and resourcesnow.dev (WIP), I hope will help bridge the gap between former MTBF students and the SNDevs.com community. #MyTechBestFriend #ServiceNow #WomenNowDev 1/?
