🚨 In the last 48 hours, serious security holes were found in PHP, the free software that powers about 69% of all websites.
⚠️ The problems are bad enough that the U.S., UK, and Japan told website owners to fix them immediately or shut their sites down, because hackers were already trying to break in.
🔥 At the same time, other major issues hit: a widely used coding tool had a critical flaw, an Indian company was handing out weak security certificates, and an AI program was used to break into more than 100 companies.
💻 A popular AI software download was also briefly infected with malware, and some banks and government sites were attacked or forced offline.
✅ These events show how outdated software and fast automated attacks can put millions of sites at risk at once, so anyone running a website should check for updates and apply them right away.
