Talking about Darkman!... I mean Clayface...

Saving a bloated AAA dev who make skinwalker entries of formerly beloved franchises, by giving tons of money to an American megacorp and its Saudi investors, would be far less patriotic and far more expensive than funding several new small Canadian dev teams who have fresh ideas
Saving a home-grown Canadian business from an evil American mega-corporation would be very patriotic, @Canada. The jobs of hard-working Edmontonians should not be jeopardised by an inept foreign company. Elbows up!
The money my government would spend making one follow up to Veilguard, could be spent funding dozens-to-hundreds of small team games which could actually end up being good.

My thoughts on this apply to Edgerunners, the upcoming live action movie, comics, books or spin off games:
V should NEVER be explicitly canonized as male, female or as having any specific characteristics.
V shouldn’t officially be a man, a woman, white, black, hispanic or asian.
V shouldn’t officially be straight or gay.
V shouldn’t officially be a street kid, a nomad or a corpo.
V shouldn’t officially be a netrunner, gunfighter or ninja.
V is the players’ character and whatever they choose to build the character into.
Referencing V, or events from the game in vague terms is fine, but it should be done in a way which doesn’t undermine any player’s experience with 2077.
If the character in that image IS supposed to be V, that was a mistake.
The Wuthering Waves Edgerunners quest shocked me by being as good as it was.
Definitely worth playing, but if you don’t want to go through the trouble - feel free to skim through my stream to see the story:

I have a soft spot in my heart for Christopher Lambert, but it was always funny seeing the most French man in Hollywood trying to do a Scottish accent.
Particularly paired with Connery, the most Scottish man in the world playing an Egyptian Spaniard
Karen Gillan, who is a Highlander, says Henry Cavill's Scottish accent in the Highlander reboot is absolutely "bang on"
She also says he was so dedicated to authenticity, he was even correcting people who were mispronouncing Gaelic words

Fresh of playing Silver Pines… I played another survival horror game which I recommend VERY highly.
Engaging story, great presentation, with a mix of 8 bit art gameplay and live action cutscenes, challenging combat encounters and puzzles which are clever as all hell
